RSH offers a variety of LDPE film grades from PCR and PIR recycling streams. The RSH film grades are used to produce a wide variety of product and transport packaging such as hoods, outer packaging, bags or shipping bags.

Profile and pipe extrusion
High-quality regranulates and rCompounds
Offer profile and pipe extrusion
The raw material basis for the extrusion types is PIR and PCR. For profile and pipe extrusion, RSH offers various HDPE and PP regranulates as well as rCompounds from its own production.
The HDPE types are e.g. used for the production of wastewater or cable protection pipes, where there are often special requirements for pressure resistance. Pipes are also made from the PP recyclates, such as corrugated pipes. In addition, the PP extrusion types are primarily used for the production of all kinds of profiles.
Depending on the application, the corresponding rCompounds can be enriched with fillers and equipped with processing stabilizers or UV protection. The recyclates impress with their smooth surfaces and a barely perceptible smell.

Injection molding

Offer for injection molding applications
For injection molding applications, RSH offers many different types such as: LDPE, HDPE and PP regranulates in the colors transparent, white, colorful and black as well as HDPE, PP, ABS and PC/ABS compounds mostly in black.
The product range extends from basic regranulates to advanced recyclate-based compounds. The raw material base is predominantly PIR, from which very high recyclate qualities are possible.
The RSH rCompounds are often tailor-made for our customers and equipped with additives, fillers, reinforcements and stabilizers as required.
