Your tasks

• entire order processing (computer-technical recording of purchasing and sales contracts in our merchandise management system; the focus is on the sales side)

• Timely scheduling of freight carriers for the logistical processing of purchases and sales (creation of transport orders, storage and retrieval of trading lots including advices,...)

• Creation of all relevant documents, from purchase and order confirmations to suppliers and customers to incoming and outgoing goods invoices…

• various tasks in internal sales; Support of the field staff and involvement in the processing of complaints management, etc.

• Vacation replacement for other colleagues from the order processing/internal sales team

your profile

​

• an independent, responsible and goal-oriented way of working

• Completed training as a businessman or as a forwarding agent

• ideally a few years of professional experience in comparable tasks

• good comprehension, an integrative nature and team spirit
