
Logistics Manager (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for a new employee for our plant in Garstedt (zip code 21441) or for our plant in Hamburg Harburg (zip code 21079):
-
as dispatcher (m/f/w) incoming goods raw materials (i.e. supplier side)
The main task consists of the daily recording of our purchasing contracts in our merchandise management system as well as the logistical processing for the punctual delivery and collection of the raw materials we need for our production from our suppliers.
Some of the main tasks include:

the entire order processing (computerized recording of purchasing contracts in our merchandise management system)

Coordination of time slots (slot plan management) for deliveries
-
Timely scheduling of freight carriers for the logistical processing of orders for raw material deliveries (creation of transport orders)
-
Preparation of all relevant documents, delivery papers, incoming goods invoices, etc.
Suitable applicants must meet the following requirements:

an independent, autonomous and goal-oriented way of working
-
completed training (commercial, logistics or similar...)
-
ideally a few years of professional experience in comparable tasks
-
good comprehension skills, an integrative nature and team spirit
